I know. A guy training pregnant women. Could seem unusual. But I'm a Dad and husband in addition to being a certified personal trainer. When my wife was pregnant with our daughters, she stayed healthy and exercised throughout her pregnancies. And our daughters were both healthy babies and remain healthy to this day. I have trained pregnant women for the past several years and find it highly rewarding. There is so much well-intended misinformation about pregnancy and exercise and it is my job to make sure I help pregnant and new Moms understand the truth about being fit during one of the most important times of their lives.
