Pregnant and New Moms -- Let Me Help You!

Inspired by my wife and the many women I have known who have had fit pregnancies, I became certified in pre- and post-natal fitness training in 2006. This blog is dedicated to you, the women who are the mothers of the next generation. You deserve a place where you can find accurate and useful information about being pregnant and exercise.
